By uniting with LoopNet, we can now deliver the speed and certainty of online auctions along with the most expansive pool of buyers and real-time asset intelligence powered by CoStar.

This will continue with our new Buy Now functionality, a groundbreaking new feature that makes the fastest way to transact CRE even faster. Why are auction listings moving to LoopNet?

Since joining the CoStar Group in 2020, we have been working to streamline the CRE experience by placing our auction properties on the market’s largest and most dynamic platform. With 80% of CRE buyers shopping online and 94% of Fortune 1000 companies searching for space on LoopNet, our move leverages LoopNet’s 13 million monthly visitors and 1 billion total monthly listings views to offer buyers, sellers, and brokers unparalleled access to a broader, more dynamic market.

When will this move happen?

All auction listings will be officially moved to LoopNet on March 27. We have been preparing for this evolution over the past four years to ensure a smooth transition and to offer you enhanced functionality from day one, so there will not be any loss of service.

What are the benefits of this move?

• A more streamlined, integrated experience for buyers. Shopping, bidding, and even our new Buy Now functionality can all happen on one platform. This will make it even faster and easier to find and secure the right property.
• Global exposure to a broader, more dynamic market. LoopNet attracts 13 million monthly visitors and 1 billion total monthly listings views. Buyers can explore a greater selection of listings, while sellers and brokers will enjoy heightened attention on their properties.
• One centralized location for brokers and investors. You can now manage all property listings in one consolidated location, with state-of-the-art tools at your fingertips.

Will there be any changes to the information displayed in listings?

No, all detailed property information and due diligence you’re accustomed to will continue to be available. The only change is a shift in platforms, which will improve the overall user experience and ensure maximum market reach.

Will I need to change anything about my account or login details?

No, you will not need to make any updates to your account. Your current information and settings will be seamlessly transferred to the new platform. You can use your existing Ten-X credentials to log in to LoopNet, where you will have access to the tools and functionalities you currently enjoy.

Does this affect my buyer registration or proof of funds?

No, your existing registration and proof of funds will transfer to LoopNet automatically. No re-registration or resubmission is needed.

Can I still shop on Ten-X.com?

No, all listings and shopping features will be exclusively on LoopNet. You will still be able to visit Ten-X.com to access the Knowledge Center and other informational auction content, but you will need to visit LoopNet to participate in any auction events. All existing search and property links to Ten-X will redirect to corresponding pages on LoopNet.
