We are a team of five people and we basically serve a 100-mile radius from downtown Los Angeles. Typically retail, mixed-use, industrial development.
Prior to Ten-X it was Auction.com, I believe, and that’s basically where we started: with Auction.com. Favorite part about Ten-X, honestly, like I said it’s a great tool! It’s something that honestly all agents should look into and try to take advantage of. Not only the third-party reports that they assist with but, you know, they gear you to the actual buyers. The buyers get a lot more eyes on the properties when you do it Ten-X than if you just do it regularly.
So with Ten-X, three things that we really did get. Number one: the team behind us with Ten-X. The last one we did was with Tunc, Julian, and Cyrus. They were phenomenal through and through. You get the the strong team behind you which is additional support. The third-party reports that you get. Like I said, you do those typically. A seller is not going to do those prior to being under contract with somebody. And they don’t pay for them, but with Ten-X they pay for them. In the event they close, the seller pays for it at that point. So those two. The third one I would say would have to be the fact that you get the exposure you get. The exposure you get is phenomenal.
